Place a link to the community from within the product on the horizontal nav bar as well as on the left nav bar. Consider links from other pages, specifically the exit page. Do not recommend that it get buried uner the support tab.

Excellent idea. Valuable info is hidden under the Assistance area on the left nav bar. We should even go further and create a tab or menu header that is a "WebEx User Tool Box" (not sure what the title should be), but within that tab, there would be sub menus with, Community, My Resources, Site Admin page, WebEx U, Job Aids, How Do I's, WebEx Events, etc. We should consolidate our Host resources into 1 area that is clear to them that this is for their "best practice" use.
