In just a few months, WebEx has helped increase the company’s retention of new customer service agents and produce stronger course evaluations.

PHLX needed to educate investors on a new currency option product with maximum retention and efficiency.  WebEx Consulting Services built a solution that armed PHLX with turnkey webinars delivered through WebEx Event Center for as many as 600 attendees per month.  The result has been a dynamic increase in the volume of current option, doubling PHLX's volume expectations within the first year.

WebEx was the upstart among virtual classroom companies. In the past seven years, it came from nowhere to profitability, the aspiration of all companies and the achievement of very few e-learning enterprises.

The trajectory is more in keeping with technology companies during those glorious bubble years.

WebEx has succeeded by ignoring conventional wisdom. It offers no installable software, but it does maintain a private network for transmitting meetings and training. It makes a living from a pure hosted solution and boasts the largest share of the online meeting and web conferencing service market. It is also a leading contender in the virtual classroom market.
